Set up a new account for yourself with the following:
user name:sjs12lastname
password:jude

Begin with the Intermediate lessons...you will be printing out statistics several times during the month of January for grading.

December 12:

Excel Worksheet:
1. Choose 3 stocks to study

2. Create an Excel spreadsheet for each stock with the following info 52 week High
52 week low
Current price

3. Make 3 graphs, one for each stock including the info from #2

4. Make sure to add a chart label and axis labels as well

5. Put your name on the spreadsheet and print out
6. When you are finished go to the Keyboarding link above and set up a new account for yourself and begin practicing


December 5:
All Students today is the day your Word/Publisher test is due...by the end of class.

Grade 6-7-8:
Choose 3 stocks you would like to study using Yahoo Finance ( Stock Market Game tab)
Make sure you know what the company does...
Make sure you know the current price...
Make sure you know how the company has been doing..over the past 3 months and over the past year.
We will be using stock information to create a spreadsheet in Excel.
